Cardiff Central Station
Cardiff Central Station needed a new DDA compliant ticket counter. Birley Manufacturing were able to manufacture this item in modules offsite for quick assembly once at the venue. This reduced downtime, minimised disruption to passengers and quickly had the new ticket office up and running.
Arriva Station Project Manager Catherine Casey commented:

Due to the rugby event taking place, time was of the essence, however the re-opening of the ticket office took place which was the milestone we were aiming to achieve. This happened because of the hard work and effort put in when at times the pressure was on.
