Standard, heavy duty and modular designs are all available in ESD (electro-static discharge) variants. Stainless steel options are available for clean room environments.

Specialist features can be built into any unit to your particular specification, such as cable runs, parts storage, or mobile units for easy repositioning. We can make new units to match existing stock from different suppliers or resurface your existing units.

Internet fulfillment stations are a growth area for companies as they increasingly sell off the web, where speedy despatch of goods ordered from a central warehouse is essential. Customers expect a swift turnaround and with large volumes of items needing to be sent out, we can advise, manufacture and install the ideal picking, packing stations / benches with appropriate conveyors or automatic handling as required.

A wide range of shelving and racks can be supplied from industrial angle bolted versions to bolt free solutions, cantilever types for flexible office storage and welded types to complement workstations in standard or ESD variants.

Construction is from mild steel with a rugged powder coat finish. A full range of galvanised options is available. Choose from a wide range of sizes and loading options including ones for sterile and cleanroom areas, in chrome or stainless steel, with wire racks, lighting, built-in power points and a wide range of sizes.

Storage Cupboards, Lockers, Small component storage & Trolleys

Storage furniture is available in a variety of sizes to add valuable storage space to any facility. Units can be open fronted or supplied with lockable doors and adjustable shelves and in a wide range of styles and finishes.

Lockers are available in a range of sizes from single to 16 compartments. We provide versions suitable for all types of industrial, commercial and educational establishments. Lockers for medical hygiene feature an anti-bacterial coating.

Small parts storage trolleys and freestanding racks are available in standard or ESD variants made as either single or double sided steel versions with a vast range of containers, trays and shelves to ensure efficient storage of components.

Conveyors and live storage

Live Storage Systems can provide high efficiency order fulfilment and the capability to integrate with electronic paperless order picking systems and conveyor equipment. Individual items can be stored and handled efficiently on a first in first out rotation. We have extensive experience in this specialist area.

Seating

A full range of seating to compliment work stations is available in polyurethane, upholstered vinyl or fire resistant fabric upholstery and in a wide range of colours.
