Birley Manufacturing supply a turnkey solution to Waitrose for their back of house meat and fish, cheese and deli, bakery and Partners (in-house) restaurant service areas.
These areas are managed from start to finish for Waitrose. Working from an initial shop floor layout these are designed using our internal design department and then once approved by the Client work commences to a carefully scheduled plan which can be as short as 8 days.
As part of this process Birley Manufacturing also manufacture, supply and install back wall prep tables and benches and service cupboards in stainless steel. All other trades and build areas are co-ordinated by Birley including building of internal walls on site, first and second fix M&E, tiling and coordinating delivery and installation with the Client's external equipment suppliers before final handover on the day for opening fully finished.
