A selection of self assembly benches have been produced for export to Azerbaijan. The end client is a well known oil drilling company and these benches were produced and shipped to a tight timescale and exacting specification. The exceptional weight of the product (over 5 tonnes) and overseas shipping requirement meant that the product had to be packed into 11 containers.
All benches were protected for ESD along with some heavy duty versions with steel tops. Accessories were also produced which included single and 3 drawer options, overshelves, lighting with cat 2 reflectors, power rails, bin rails and pegboards for tool and accessories suspension.
As a result of the success of the above we are launching a range of modular furniture primarily manufactured from Aluminium Extrusion. The system allows workstations to be assembled at predetermined heights with all accessories height adjustable. The system features cable management both horizontally and vertically so power, data, voice etc can be managed efficiently.
